Adecco are pleased to be working with our successful client based in Chelmsford. They are recruiting for a new member to join their team as a Contact Centre Advisor. The ideal candidate would have good communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner. Experience would be ideal however is not essential. Good IT skills are essential.
- Location - Chelmsford
- Job Type - temp - perm
- Hours - Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with the occasional Saturday (9am - 1pm) on a rota basis
- Salary - £23,000 per annum
Your duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Dealing with customer queries
- Arranging appointments
- Ordering products
- Maintaining customer records
- Inputting data
- Processing online bookings
- Invoicing
- Carrying out general administrative tasks

- Can multitask and manage more then one task at a time
- Strong listening skills
- Computer literate
- Good work ethic, willing to learn new skills
- Patience
- The ability to problem solve
- Can pay close attention to detail
