My client, a multi-site surfacing maintenance company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for their busy depot in Derby.
Operations Administrator Duties:
Processing job cards
Booking in vehicle maintenance
Answering the phone
Ordering parts and assisting with invoicing
Planning and scheduling work
General office administrationOperations Administrator experience required:
Be fully PC literate with good keyboard skills
Have a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail
Previous experience gained within the automotive sector is essential
