Our client is keen to appoint an Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of the business! The Operations Administrator's responsibilities will include answering the phone and providing administrative support as needed.
To be successful as an Operations Administrator you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations Administrator should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.
£25,000 per annum
Long Eaton – 100% office based
Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating the company website.
- Keeping track of office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Drafting company newsletters.
- Organising events/shows, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
- Managing orders sent to Auction and invoicing sold goods.
- Contacting suppliers & overseas agents to chase accurate delivery information and obtain order updates.
- Inputting shipping information to keep internal systems updated.
- Providing administrative support across the sales and purchasing departments as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
