They are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy and fast paced working environment as well strong administration skills!
Do you have strong communications skills? Are you super organised? Do you have good Microsoft office package?
Operations Administrator Duties:
- Liaising with customers
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Making outbound calls
- Assisting the office manager with anything needed
- Assisting in converting customer feedback
- Ensuring compliance and consistency with policies and procedures
