Operations Administrator x 2
Brook Street are working with a client who are looking for experienced administrators to join a growing team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. This is a varied role, with a mix of customer service and administration. They are looking for someone to start ASAP, Monday to Friday in a great central location.
What will you do as Operations Administrator?
- Be the first point of contact for queries via telephone and email
- Provide client updates
- Manually input invoices and credits into a database
- Maintain internal databases
- Check data and correct any errors
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience in an administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritise large workload
Experience within the energy sector is very desirable!
