Meraki Talent is working closely with a well-known financial services firm based in Newcastle to appoint an Operations Administrator on a 9-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of a permanent role).
This is a full-time opportunity (35 hours, Monday-Friday 9-5) and offers a salary of £24,500 FTE.
As part of the operations team you will be part of the client life cycle, providing excellent admin and technical support this will include setting up new accounts, transferring cash and settling transactions.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build upon current client service and administration experience within a financial services environment.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have at least 1 years customer/client/administration experience gained from a financial services background
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate professionally with all relevant stakeholders - both written and orally
