SalaryLocation: Remote/HybridRecognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust.As an HR Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR team by providing efficient administrative assistance whilst studying for a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship. Your responsibilities will span various HR processes, and you’ll gain practical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our department.Main Duties:Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, including changes to contracts, working patterns and annual leave.Processing leavers and ensuring data is accurate for payroll processing.Support HR Business Partners with notetaking.Assist with ensuring staff have the DBS update service and are registered with Social Work England.Provide administrative support through the employee lifecycle.Provide an excellent customer experience.Manage and respond to general enquiries into the general inbox.About Us:The sole purpose of Birmingham Children’s Trust is to make a positive difference for children, young people and families in the city, by driving up the quality of practice and partnerships across the city and its services.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.
