Are you looking for a role with a growing business with offices in Harrogate and Europe?
Our client is looking for a strong Administrator to work independently within their operations team. You'd be working across several sections of the business coordination orders from China to Europe and building strong relationships with other offices across the business.
This is a very varied role with great development opportunities and the option to progress into a management role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: • Support the Service Manager in system updates and warranty coordination• Manage global spares stock movements and assist in service-related tasks• Generate reports and supporting process• Administer projects, write/update procedures, and set up customer & distributor files• Assist in international product registrations and handle documentation• Contribute to audits, support investigations, and handle customer complaints• Provide content for the website and social media companies • Coordinate marketing provider activities • Coordinate travel, manage office suppliers, and provide ad hoc administration support
What you'll need: • Experience in an fast paced admin role • Logistics experience, not essential • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training period • Great communication skills and confidence • IT skills inc Excel, Work, Teams and Outlook• Beneficial IT knowledge: SAP, ERP, MRP and/or Microsoft Projects
Salary and benefits: • Up to £35,000 salary, depending on experience • Monday - Friday hours • Office based role • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays • Up to 30 days holiday depending on length of service • Company pension scheme • Private healthcare • Occasional travel to Europe offices • Onsite café • Free parking
