A rapidly growing finance firm based in the Heart of Mayfair is looking to hire a new Operations Analyst to work closely with the Operations Director to support them with their huge remit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Operations role with so much variety and exposure.  You will be the kind of person who is looking to continue their career long-term in Operations and enjoy a more varied role. Typical duties include:

• Working with the Head of Events to help coordinate the full life cycle of European events both onsite and off-site.
• Researching and managing conferences and the budget attached to this. 
• Overseeing and managing operational processes
• Taking ownership of the onboarding and offboarding from an operations perspective. Setting up accounts, cancelling company cards etc.
• Assist with the office planning with a growing workforce
• Supporting projects from creating presentations to producing reports and able to understand operational data. 
• Vendor management for cleaners, hospitality etc and track the budget for this area.  

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar Operations role, with great analytical skills and demonstrable project coordination skills.  
Essential requirements:

• 3-5 years in an Operations or Workplace role.
• Experience in a smaller environment where you have worked across a multitude of areas within operations. Such as events, workspace planning, reporting, health and safety, and facilities.
• Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.
• High attention to detail
