Our client, a growing and successful communication services business, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player as an Operations Assistant to join their passionate team in Hurstpierpoint!
This role requires you to have a full UK Driver's Licence and previous support experience of UC solutions. Our client is looking for someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office / 365 products, a can-do attitude and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities as an Operations Assistant
- Managing customer expectations throughout the installation process
- Configuration of end user solutions and hardware
- Manging and configuring UC solutions alongside the engineering team
- Working with the support team during larger deployments
- Providing support and advice to existing clients
- Ability to investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot installation related issues
- Liaison with 3rd party suppliers
Qualifications & Experience
- UK Driver's Licence essential
- Previous support experience of UC solutions - preferably Gamma Horizon
- Experience of working with IT, Mobile and Data products is preferable
- A can-do attitude, and team player
- Investigative skills and desire to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Passion for emerging technologies and self-development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365 products
Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Hurstpierpoint (Must be able to drive)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:30pm
