SalaryBusy Freight Forwarder requires Operations Assistant to assist in the day to day tasks of the business.
Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Job Description:
Day to Day operational responsibilities including:
Handling & Processing of documents
Release of shipments
Transport orders
Customs Clearance
Booking in delivery
Excel Spreadsheet / Schedule
Liasoning with Hauliers, Customers delivery point etc.
Very good Telephone manner and commitment to customer service is a necessity.
Must be able to work on own initiative.
Salary commensurate with experience.
