18 Recruitment are looking for an Operations Assistant for their Knowsley based client.
Role will involve -
General admin work including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring email addresses and completing paperwork
Assisting with the implementation of Chalkstring System including uploading drawing, creating work zones etc. (Full Training will be provided)
Supporting the finance department applying for rebates, processing paperwork & payments
Assisting the construction department with document control of H&S paperwork, labour, planning sheets, sending tool box talks to clients, formulating RAMS etc.
Working alongside the Commercial team to chase quotes and follow up on information
Management of company vehicles including booking MOTs/Services and carrying out licence checks
Assisting with recruitment, and other tasks as required
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm - 4pm finish on Friday
29k salary with opportunities to progress for the right person.
