Operations Assistant

As a key part of our operations team, your role will be to efficiently and profitably schedule and confirm water hygiene visits for our Engineers to attend. This is to ensure the completion of contract visits, legionella risk assessments, and corrective visits in a manner that meets customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Scheduling and booking visits for a specified geographical area.
• Monitoring and updating internal systems as required.
• Updating asset lists on internal systems.
• Handling queries from the sales team.

• Clear communicator with excellent telephone manners with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to follow processes with solid attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
