This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1+ years’ experience gained from within an operational role in a similar Investment/Wealth Manager or Bank to join a leading Wealth Manager in their Treasury team. This role is a junior/entry level position with a focus on a wide range of operational and admin tasks within the team. This will include:

• Dealing with client enquiries on day-to-day account administration.
• Preparing new, maintaining and amending existing client payments.
• Responsibility for security confirmation calls, following strict compliance guidelines.
• Assist clients with paperwork, ensuring documentation is up to date and correct and all information is recorded accurately.
• Monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from client accounts.
• Record money movements daily and report weekly funds.
• Liaise with platforms and service providers, ensuring all communications are professional and courteous.
• Be vigilant of all payments and escalate any payments that appear out of character.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

• Strong customer service/client servicing skills
• Experience of working in a transfers/payments/reconciliation role. This can have been from within a bank, wealth manager, IFA or Investment organisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Desire to further develop within the Wealth/investment industry.
