We are currently partnering with a logistics organisation based in Ipswich, our client is seeking an operations co-ordinator to join their team. These roles are temporary to permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
This role would suit someone with strong administration and communication skills with exceptional problem-solving skills. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to communicate with clients, customers, and the warehouse.
Duties
- Act as a point of contact between different departments, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Communicating with clients and customers. Distribute information and updates as needed.
- Maintain and organise documents and other essential materials. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions.
