Key Responsibilities:
- Show Organizer Liaison: Communicate effectively with show organizers, building strong relationships.
- Health & Safety Documentation: Create and submit H&S documents to organizers for compliance.
- Schedule Management: Check access dates and times with organizers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Logistical Coordination: Request parking and vehicle access passes for events.
- Accommodation Booking: Arrange hotel accommodations for installation teams.
- Site Pack Preparation: Compile and prepare site packs for installation teams.
- Work Schedule Updates: Assist in updating and managing daily work schedules.
- Personal Assistant Duties: Provide PA support to two key members of the staff.
- Telephone Handling: Professionally manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general office and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with Word, Excel, Google Docs, and other essential office software.
- Social media posting skills are a valuable advantage.
- Proven ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
