Knight Frank are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support the Rural Consultancy Team in a new, dynamic rural office with forward thinking property professionals. Based in our Kent office, the role covers support to the wider Rural Consultancy business nationally and will include travel to other Knight Frank offices and client properties.

Role
The Operations Coordinator supports the Rural Consultancy team with all administrative duties, meeting and greeting clients, tenants and internal staff and supporting with all health and safety within the office.
Responsibilities
Property management administration - DocuSign, upload expense invoices, queries from tenants and contractors, property letting marketing materials and enquiries, utility accounts and repeat invoices.
Property Management Systems - updating and enhancing property data including maintenance tasks/small works orders for contractors, uploading certification documents and contractor insurance and onboarding.
In-house contact management systems - instructions, referrals, client due diligence
In-House sales invoicing

Key Experience Required
2+ years' experience in an administrative position
