Operations Coordinator Wanted!
I am seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join a global team! As the Operations Coordinator you will plan, arrange and coordinate complexed arrangements and processes.
Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator:
- Source and book staff, negotiate rates, and manage schedules.
- Plan and book accommodations within budget, handle complex travel arrangements, and manage visa requirements.
- Maintain records, manage event accreditation, and handle IR35 compliance.
- Assist with staff training, build strong relationships, and contribute to meetings.
- Adhere to policies, provide administrative support, and embody company ethos.
