I am currently recruiting for TEMPORARY Corporate Receptionist to work in the Borehamwood area.
Monday to Friday - 08:45 - 17:30
You will work alongside the manager and support them dealing with managing the office.
Reliability and flexibility are essential for anyone that is looking to take on this position and it is imperative that candidates are fully committed.
General duties for clients include:
- First point of contact for clients, visitors and contractors
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Meeting room management
- Making sure the reception area is tidy
- Assist clients with enquiries
- Administration
Ideal candidates will have Reception or Front of House experience from an office, hospitality or customer service background.
Excellent communication and IT (Microsoft office) skills are paramount for this role.
