Reed is recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to work in St Albans. The role is a temporary to permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5.30pm.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be the first point of contact for visitors on site as well as supporting the office with general administration tasks. This is a very busy role and will require someone who is professional and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
General Duties include:
- Meet and greet all visitors on site
- Ensure sign in process and health and safety process is followed for all visitors
- Manage post and courier services
- Meeting room management
- Making sure the reception area is tidy
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Reporting any facilities faults to the correct contractors
- Raising POs on behalf of all departments
