Operational management; of all HBSUK insourcing business, including data validation, pre-operative assessment, outpatient clinics, theatres and diagnostics. Leading a team of Operations Managers, Coordinators and coders, you will also play a hands-on role in the teams and act as a backfill resource for any gaps. You will quickly become the sage of knowledge for all HBSUK insourcing the person who oversights all fine level details. You will be responsible for ensuring the service is governed effectively. Mobilisation; Deploying teams to deliver insourcing projects, including liaison with external providers. Teams may be local (from commissioning Trust) or external (not working for commissioning trust) or hybrid (mixture of both). Training teams; including Operations Managers and Coordinators in detailed operations administration and control. Ensuring the team understand the impact of multiple variables on the insourcing gross margins, and have mechanisms in place to analyse performance retrospectively and improve it for the future. Collaboration; Ensuring seamless project handover from sales, to the mobilisation and operational teams. Getting mobilisations right first time to ensure client and clinician satisfaction Commercial Modelling; Working alongside our BI team to ensure standard remuneration schedules and pricing models for our insourcing services are in place, undertaking regular reviews to ensure accuracy in the market and ensuring cost models are launched with the appropriate sign off On-call; Ensuring an the appropriate members of the operational teams are in place, to support services running outside of core service hours Performance Optimisation; Tracking and reporting on all key metrics of activity, including clinical governance Extracting and using NHS data, including RTT, PTL and backlog data. Using knowledge of NHS access policies for any data validation projects Supply chain; Developing and maintaining supply chain partners to meet business need. Including due diligence onboarding and performance monitoring Governance; Ensuring governance processes are in place to manage all aspects of operations (including risk, incident, complaint management and analysis, escalations, BCP's and DPIA's). Ensuring audit structures are in place to regularly audit work performed by Operations teams, Identifying and driving changes to improve efficiency
