Aspire Jobs are working in an exclusive partnership with our client who is well-established within the Elderly Person care home sector.
They are looking for an Operations Lead to join their growing central team based in Ringwood, supporting a Care Home group based in the Midlands. You will report to the Operations Director, but with significant support available from other Board members. The successful candidate must be proactive, able to multitask and be willing to get stuck in and make things happen. They are looking for the person, rather than experience, and the successful candidate will share the company’s values and understand their high and exacting standards. This is a multi-skilled role and will involve a variety of job duties.
This Operations Lead role will suit someone who: -
- Excellent communication / organisational skills
- A pro-active attitude – responsive to issues and proactively solves problems
- Willingness to get stuck in, learn new things and find solutions
- Is polite, tenacious but firm – you can make things happen
- Reactive and responsive to emails and calls, recognising that the business supports vulnerable adults
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Property Management experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Able to commute from time to time to Care homes for site visits and flexibility for overnight stay where multiple sites to be visited in one week
- Experience of Social Care an advantage but not necessary
- Clean driving licence preferred.
