Salary: Ark Support Scale 9: £35,984 – £42,075 (£37,918 – £44,337 pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time – term-time plus 4 weeks during school closure

About the role:
We are looking for an excellent Operations Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the key operational functions of the Academy run efficiently and effectively. You will provide the overall strategic and operational leadership and management for all aspects of Health and Safety, HR, ICT, community usage, catering, administration and operations support in the academy.
You will also work closely with Ark Central and other academies in the Ark network, to develop high quality systems and services throughout the network, offering support where required.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in business operations preferably in a school environment
- Have strong IT, systems, administrative and organisational skills
- Have confidence implementing procedures and processes
- Be able to work with a range of internal and external partners
- Be a team player with high standards of professionalism and courteousness
