Creative marketing agency based in Manchester is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. Flexible hybrid working available.
You will be responsible for making sure all projects are on-time, on-brief and on-budget. Ideally you'll be from an agency background and have previous operations/production experience within a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills are key to this role, as you will be liaising with different departments, running WIP meetings, negotiating with 3rd party suppliers and clients.
Being able to trouble-shoot, be highly organised and have the ability to manage/run a team is essential, along with scheduling and planning. Previous experience with using systems to streamline the workflow is required, along with a good track record of client satisfaction.
