The Role
As a Financial Controller, you will undertake all elements of financial management for our company and group, supporting us as we scale over the next few years.
Managing and helping prepare all accounting operations including the sales and purchase, reconciliations and VAT returns, you will produce monthly management accounts, submit annual account information and prepare WIP schedules for monthly accounts.
Operating at the highest levels of the company, you will also be involved in cashflow forecasts, payroll and pensions arrangements and Companies House submissions.
About You
To join us as a Financial Controller, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller
- Significant experience of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Experience of creating financial statements
- Experience of general ledger functions and the month/year end close process
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent accounting software and administration skills
