A global multi-billion turnover real estate is looking for a high performing Operations Manager to deliver highly effective and compliant facilities and supplier management focused on soft services within a single complex building.
Roles & Responsibilities/skills required:
*Manage and control Service Charge budgets
*Excellent all forms of communication skills
*Audit Management
*People Management
*Procurement of goods & services
*Manage all Health & Safety
*Support delivery of Nuveen/BNPPRE NuVison platform-wide initiatives, with particular focus on Sustainability and Occupier Engagement
*Excellent Communications and Stakeholder Management skills
Qualifications:
*Degree or equivalent
*Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM or RICS
*National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health - accredited by NEBOSH
Experience Required:
*Minimum 2-3 years Operational Management
*Commercial Lease Management
*Procurement of goods and services
*Facilities Management background preferable (multi-site environment)
*IT Literate
*Management of Service Charge budgets in excess of £1m
