Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager, on behalf of our client based in Birmingham, West Midlands.
This is a highly rewarding position, joining a strong and dedicated Operations team within the fire and security industry, providing a high level of job satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years in an operations management, project management or similar role.
- Must have a history in field and service-based industries such as: Fire & Security -Electricians -Air con- AV or very similar.
- Extensive experience in rolling out operational policies and processes.
- Self-motivated and able to organise workload effectively.
- Managing the operational team, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service to all clients.
- Must have a stable /consistent work history.
- Full Clean driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be based locally, within a 10 to 15 mile radius of the Birmingham area. This role is both office and field based.
Monday to Friday permanent role. Full time.
Salary: £50,000 pa + company car + Benefits
