Operations Manager

 Work with us at Energy House as an Operations Manager… You will be part of a rapidly growing team in the field of net zero and energy efficient homes, supporting the commercial and funded research programmes across the group.  We are a flexible dynamic team so we are looking for a candidate with experience in developing and embedding new management systems, excellent communication skills, a commitment to team working and a flexible approach that can deliver for the whole team. You will engage and manage external relationships, develop and embed project, resource, and financial management to enable to team to scale up whilst effectively managing a wide portfolio of activities. You will work directly with the team to manage this change.
