Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Contract Managers regarding the safe operational delivery of all projects and contracts within the time budgets, to specification and to highest quality standards
- Formulating and executing operational strategies and plans to ensure corporate goals are achieved
- Monitoring budgets and forecasting
- Monitoring and evaluating processes and company resources to maximise efficiency and increase productivity whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and safety
- Leading and implementation of the company’s operational and safety strategies
Operations Manager required skills/competencies:
- Experience within the maintenance/construction sector desirable
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
