This forward - thinking company are seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational and day-to-day activities.
Suitable candidates must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment.You will need to demonstrate experience of workforce management as well as operations management.
Key duties:
- Drive end to end strategic development, operational planning, and ongoing performance tracking of key revenue driving projects.
- Drive initiatives in the leadership team and through the business that contribute to the long-term operational experience.
- Manage and maintain projects against set timelines to ensure tasks and projects are accomplished successfully.
- Streamline and introduce practices and procedures to ensure the business is running efficiently.
- Effectively manage team leaders ensuring they are on board with the direction of the business.
- Delegate responsibilities as well as enforce all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, training programmes and cultural values.
- Chair monthly staff meetings
- Upskill and develop team leaders to manage team and deliver on expectations.
- Assist the leadership team with monthly staff meetings which will include preparing and presenting the content.
- Reporting to leadership team on business Operations
- Undertake and deliver on Operational projects.
- Identify and drive KPIs across all relevant departments
- Review flow processes to drive service improvements
- Analyse data stats to drive decisions aligned with our business plan.
- Handling of client complaints.

- Experience of meeting goals and quarterly set objectives, committed to driving results individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills coupled with great attention to detail and able to organise and influence teams.
- Strong team player able to work both hands on and hands off to help develop staff at all levels as necessary.
- Empathetic and understanding of dealing with bereaved families whilst recognising and supporting team colleagues.
