Travel Trade Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of this highly successful Tour Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all Operational functions. You will ensure that all functions are carried out in a way that provides excellent service for our customers and maintains maximum profitability for the company.
Core responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that effective methods are implemented so that the business runs to its maximum productivity.
- Assist and liaise with other internal teams and departments concerning any Operational matters.
- Lead, motivate and develop across all departments.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure best practice processes are followed across all company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements across the business.
- Lead your teams and assist with all HR functions of the departments.
Location: Northwest/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours: 5 days, office hours
