About The Role:
The successful candidate will be comfortable and committed to working at all levels and cross functional purposes where needed.
The customer base is longstanding and most of our business is won through repeat orders.
The next phase of the business is to pursue a driven Operations Manager with an Engineering background and experience in Sales.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience and ability to initiate and drive sales opportunities for the business.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Engineering environment.
- Preferably local to Macclesfield Stockport.
- HND or equivalent in Eng.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of managing a team in an engineering environment.
- Experience of good customer relations at all levels.
- Motivational and inspirational leader.
- Excellent team builder.
- A good knowledge and understanding of engineering QHSE standards.
- A proven record of gaining trust and respect within an organisation.
- A good understanding of HR requirements.
