My client is a well established dedicated group travel service covering tourism and corporate charter markets from their West London base.
As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced person with a good understanding of their business to uphold the superior service they provide to their customers in a role that the responsibilities include:-
- Managing the operation, the reservations team and drivers
- Planning and co-ordination of the day to day operations
- Producing driver schedules and timetables
- Building relationships with clients
- Supervising and supporting Drivers and ensuring the operations run smoothly
- Experience of understanding the legal requirements for the industry
- IT literate to produce and run reports when necessary
- Project Management when required
- Ideally hold a PCV licence
As this role is part of my clients expansion, they are looking for someone who has strong man management skills, the ability to work as a team and help to grow the business.
