What you'll do
- As our Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind how we help our EV charging customers. We want every interaction to leave our customers feeling energised, empowered, and well, a little dazzled.
- You and your team will be empowered to genuinely help customers, in a way you would like to be helped. This is a full-time, office-based role in Brighton.
- Lead and inspire our sales & installation support team to deliver exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations at every step.
- Obsess over smooth coordination between sales, operations, and installation teams so customers get a flawless end-to-end experience.
- Find, share, and implement ways to continuously improve how we do things.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing and product teams to streamline the EV chargepoint buying process for our customers.
- Keep building on our vibrant team culture (for a sense of the Octo-vibe, check out Episode 1 of the Inside Octopus podcast!).
- Own all the reporting for EV charger installations; monitor and analyse data to identify what’s working and what needs to be improved
- We’re a one-stop shop for EV drivers, so you’ll work closely with other EV-focused teams at Octopus: our EV leasing business (Octopus Electric Vehicles), our public charging platform (Electroverse), our game-changing smart tariff team (Intelligent Octopus Go), and our partnerships team (who are forging relationships with most car manufacturers).
