Location: North West London
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of 18 heating and ventilation professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all heating, ventilation, and plumbing operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and installation strategies for boilers and other HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during projects.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management position within the heating and ventilation industry.
- Extensive knowledge of boilers, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in heating, ventilation, plumbing, or a related field.
