Full time Mon-Fri, Permanent contract
Salary : up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
Location : Manchester and surrounding areas ( Hybrid )

Key Responsibilities :
Managing Relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong network
- Ensure clear deliverables and expectations align between Account Managers and Wave.
- Accountable for overall delivery, demonstrating added value to clients.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Operations team, enhancing project management skills.
- Oversee client activities, ensuring effective planning, briefing, reporting, and invoicing.
- Execute SLAs, objectives, and targets with clients and the Wave team.
- Review and evolve suppliers, pricing and benchmarking.
- Work with the Wave Operations team to create and evolve a top-notch reporting suite.
- Maintain clear quality control within the reporting suite.
- Ensure relevant reports are up to date for finance
- Manage accurate and timely invoicing, cost control, and identify efficiencies where appropriate
- Deliver Year on year tracking of performance against forecast
Skills :
- Proven track record of developing partnerships
- Strong knowledge of retailer stores and financial acumen.
- Flexible, proactive, and organized with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and project management skills are essential
- Strong desire to understand and exceed expectations with the capacity to manage a busy workload with high productivity
- Good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint along with strong administrative and analytical skills to a high level of accuracy
