• Recruitment experience a must - in a construction setting ideally civils
• Manage high volume 500 + skilled workforce over multiple sites
• Account management of prestigious tier 1 accounts
• Management of client meetings / planning / contract renewals
• Recruitment / staff retention / training / onboarding
• Team player / team Management and development
• Self-motivator
• Proven overachiever

• A Hands-on big team management role
