SalaryOperations Manager
My client is a dynamic and innovative heavy Machinery Manufacturing company based in the Dungannon area who are exceptionally good to work for. They are currently seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to lead a small but expanding team. Salary is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience plus healthcare and a pension.
Role – Operations Manager
·Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and productivity.
·Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team of production supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
·Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands efficiently.
·Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
·Analyse current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation and cost reduction.
·Implement best practices to streamline production workflows and minimize waste.
·Implementation and management of IT systems that support operations.
·Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures.

·Recent experience working as a Production Manager/Operations Manager in a heavy engineering manufacturing environment
