Social Housing Planned Works & Retrofit

We are working with a leading property maintenance and refurbishment contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to run a refurbishment section of their business, overseeing Planned Works and Retrofits in North London and Hertfordshire.
As the Operations Manager, you will directly manage a team of Project Managers, Site Managers and RLO's to deliver Social Housing Refurbishments contracts across the region. We are looking for somebody who has experience working alongside local authorities and housing associations delivering and managing multiple programmes to the value of approximately £15-20m p/a. Projects are refurbs within predominantly occupied properties, including: high rise; internals, externals, and retro fitting.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of your business unit, commercial and contractual performance, and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience required:
- Social Housing experience, particularly Planned Works and refurbishments
- Commercial & financial understanding
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines in a client facing role
- Willingness to travel across the West Mids and South West
