Fantastic contract opportunity for an Operations Manager to manage the day to day IDC operation including shift duty management, customer relationship management and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Manage/execute Data Centre’s expansion, modification, maintenance or new customer move-in projects.
- Preparation of rack procurement, structure cable, cross-connect or another IDC related contract & tender document.
- Prepare Management report, Power point presentation, SOP/EOP, Critical activities planning.
- Manage all incidents and prepare incident reports.
- Intervenes, analyses, manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the vendors / suppliers.
- Implementing procedures of safety system and performance measurement
Experience
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in which 8 years in Data Centre operation / Telecommunications industry and currently in supervisory level,
- Familiar with IDC resource management, such as rack space, cable management.
- Demonstrated experience in client reporting and preparation of reports required.
- Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service.
- Able to track and update on the financial budget.
