About the role
The Consumer Growth team develops and implements the demand and consumer growth strategy for the United Kingdom & Ireland and is a pivotal engine in making us the preferred food delivery platform for customers. Projects often involve analysis with large data sets, critical thinking, product launches, and end-to-end execution of growth initiatives and communications delivered to millions of Eaters.
What You'll Do
The team specifically looks at how to acquire and engage users while achieving the best return on investment on our demand generation budget. By focusing on the planning and execution of our CRM campaigns, you will make sure we continue our impressive growth trajectory in one of our most important markets.
You'll own and coordinate our campaign calendar in collaboration with multiple teams (Marketing, our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams, and Local Territory Operations).
Own and execute large-scale campaigns on our owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc)
You'll analyze and share insights with the Central Operations team, and the broader UKI Leadership team - around demand performance metrics, budget deployment, and future improvements.
Handle part of our suite of acquisition products
Qualifications
Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency in working across large data sets is needed
You have experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experiments and are proficient in SQL (e.g. writing queries)
