Operations Support / Trade Support Middle Office - Buy side experience required

• Processing Transactions: Handle buying and selling of shares, execute trades and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Market Monitoring: Check stock prices daily and update related databases
• Client Reporting: Compile investment reports and respond to client inquiries
• Portfolio Management: Monitor client accounts and records.
• Compliance: Follow in-house compliance procedures and complete ongoing training.
• System Improvement: Identify and investigate system issues to enhance processes.
• Project Support: Assist with projects impacting daily activities.
• Procedure Documentation: Write procedures to support team activities.
• Documentation Management: Request and collate KYC & AML documentation.
• Meeting Participation: Attend and present reports at internal and external meetings.
