Operations/Middle Office Management 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

(2 Year Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a cross-functional role, encompassing Middle Office duties alongside system implementation within the target operating model.

Duties:

• Work on the migration of new Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Manage and monitor investment operations including; trade support, confirmations, valuations, reconciliations and investment approvals.
• Support with the improvement and management of trade confirmation and matching systems.
• Manage and support projects as part of the Target Operating Model.
• Support the Middle Office function and establish a Trade Management Provider.
• Assist and manage project workstreams in-line with TOMs.
• Assist in the delivery of operating models for new investment products and proposals.
• Enhance middle office processes.

Requirements

• Asset Management Middle Office/Investment Operations experience.
• OMS system implementations experience.
• Ability to work in a flexible manager and juggle multiple workloads.
• Strong trade support experience across Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset classes.
• Knowledge of offshore fund structures and administration.
