About the role
You will support the Health Safety & Facilities Manager with the smoothing running of the Administration Function within Operations and manage the day to day Administration & Facilities function in a busy and varied environment.
The main responsibilities will include
- Organise the monthly, quarterly & annual Operations meetings, including the preparation of agendas, co-ordination of presentations and actions.
- Manage the MD's diary.
- Organise temporary staff resource needs for Logistics & Production by liaising with agencies & prepare overtime/Production Shift Allowance for monthly payroll.
- Manage the ordering of workwear and any additional supplies.
- Organise travel and accommodation for Operations staff and visitors, & organise internal/external Operations offsite events, which will include visiting prospective venue sites.
- Attend to ad-hoc, offsite requests when needed.
In the absence of the Health Safety & Facilities Manager, you will also support the Facilities Function requirements, which will include any emergency repairs to equipment within Facilities.
To be successful in this role
You will be resilient & tenacious with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. With your excellent time management skills you will meet tight deadlines and enjoy a varied, busy day, and enjoy working on ad hoc tasks. You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and supporting applications. You must have a valid UK driving licence for this role, but above all else, you'll be a supportive team player with a positive "Can Do" attitude!
