HR Operations Team Leader
- Location: Oxford City Centre, Hybrid with three days spent in the office
- Salary: £40-45,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Team Leader to join a global and dynamic team. This role is integral to leading a team of HR Operations Coordinators, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and consistent employee experience across international offices.
Day to day of the role:
- Line management of 3-5 HR Operations Coordinators within the EMEA region.
- Manage and oversee the administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support the registration of new starters on our HR Management system (HRIS), setting up new starter employee folders, and conducting introductory and probationary meetings.
- Maintain and update employee records and data on the HR Management system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Collaborate with line managers and the L&D department to create induction plans and ensure new employees have the correct learning plans, including mandatory training assigned.
- Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion.
- Take ownership of visa sponsorship, coordinating visa applications for new joiners and conducting regular employee sponsorship reviews.
- Collaborate with the Rewards and Benefits team to support payroll, pension, and benefits administration.
- Contribute to and lead on P&C projects when required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a small team.
- Proficiency in using HR systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Respectful of confidentiality with high integrity.
- Experience with employment law and worker-related regulation in multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
