We have partnered with a rapidly growing company, who are seeking an HR Operations Lead based in Bicester, offered on a part-time basis of 30 hours (flexible).
You will be joining a small HR team in a newly created role to shape the future of our employee experience. You will offer advice and guidance and play an important part in enhancing the technology, sharing expert knowledge and developing practices. You will act as a coach and point of escalation for the HR assistant whilst supporting their professional development and will also play a key part in implementing HR projects.
You should have solid HR experience with a strong understanding of employee relations with the ability to handle complex ER cases, and a good understanding of payroll process and legislation.
