Job: Operations Team Coordinator
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
Hours: 09.00 - 17.00 and 09.30 - 17.30
Main Responsibilities:
We have a fantastic, well-established client based in Slough seeking an enthusiastic Senior Customer Service Administrator.
- The role would be dealing with customer queries or complaints in a timely manner, processing orders, liaising with couriers organising delivery and following up post-delivery. Encompassing the full client journey in a B2B environment.
- General administration, such as diary management, booking meetings and uploading new customers onto the database.
Strong customer service experience, interpersonal skills, intermediate excel and general administration are required.
