Operations Team Leader Overview:
- Be responsible for the delivery of exceptional services both internally and externally
- Retain, promote and manage existing customer relationships
- Provide accurate information regarding operational, reputational and conduct risk ensuring operational resilience is controlled
- Create a diverse culture in which your team can thrive and grow
- Handle customer complaints through resolution and mitigate future occurrences
- Conduct individual performance and development reviews as part of your overall team management

Operations Team Leader Requirements:
- Current or recent financial services experience with a passion for delivering exceptional level of customer service is paramount
- Successful leadership or supervisory experience is a must
- Understanding of onboarding and lending procedures and processes
- A confident communicator, able to handle complex situations and plan effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
