Description
As Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting internal stakeholders to ensure due diligence is complete and reviewed regularly by managing the third-party management documentation with relationship owners
- Supporting other departments to ensure policies and procedures are complete and reviewed regularly by carrying out regular reviews of policies and procedures
- Ensuring operational administration is carried out with agreed SLAs
- Lead and motivate the Operations Team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all processes and procedures within the department are efficient and compliant with regulations
- Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of operational improvements, such as testing the Operational Resilience documentation and programme
- Assisting the projects team with testing of operational functionality and creation of procedures across departments
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth operation across the company
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for development
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Ensure an effective and positive working environment within the team
Profile
The successful Operations Team Leader should have:
- A solid understanding and experience in the financial services industry
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases and complaints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.
