Job Title:Operations Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Annual Company Bonus
Location: Cheadle, Stockport.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 09:00-17:00 and Friday, 09:00-16:00
Type: Permanent Role
This is a hybrid role. 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

Reed are currently working with a financial service company in their search for an experienced Operations Team Leader. Due to continued success and growth, this role is new to the company, forming the start of a new team! You will have one direct report, and the goal is to expand the team.
Our client has been operating for other 100 years and are leading experts in their field, multi-award winners and celebrated investors into their people.

The purpose of this role:
- To assist relationship owners in ensuring that our Third-Party due diligence is complete and reviewed regularly
- To assist departments in ensuring that our policies and procedures are complete and reviewed regularly
- To ensure operational administration is carried out with SLA (CTF Statements, paperless communications)
- To support the wider business with day-to-day operational activities and issues
- To deliver the requirements of your role in line with the Society's culture and values and the principles outlined in the Society’s Consumer Duty policy (as appropriate to your role)
Your duties!
- Manage and Co-ordinate our Third-Party Management documentation with relationship owners
- Manage and co-ordinate reviews of our policies and procedures
- To manage the creation and distribution of bulk mailing
- To identify and operational efficiencies and solve operational issues that arise in the business.
- To assist with testing and maintenance of our Operational Resilience documentation and programme
- Assist the projects team with testing of operational functionality and creation of procedures across departments
- To be fully conversant with company computer systems as it relates to policy administration and testing
- To undertake data entry tasks as required
- To maintain accurate database records
- Be aware of all products sold.
- To contribute to the implementation of corporate culture initiatives.
- Be aware and comply with office health and safety procedures
- Carry out other such duties and responsibilities as required by your line manager or assigned to you by the Society from time to time.
About you!
- Previous experience in operational / project / or process improvement
- Some previous experience in managing or leading people
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player
- Strong numeracy skills
- Experience of MS 365 products
